Thank you for shopping with Mila Luxe Hair. We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product remains unused and in its original packaging.

After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return requirements. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, excluding any shipping costs. Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–8 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Important Return Guidelines

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The lace must not be cut, and the wig must remain unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original packaging intact.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Custom duties and import charges are non-refundable, as they are collected by customs authorities once the package enters your country.
  • When returning a wig, please place the wig in the bag only. The original box does not need to be returned.
