Processing Time
Most wigs are processed and prepared for shipment within 48 hours. However, wigs in certain colours or special variations may require up to 72 hours for processing before dispatch.
Expedited Shipping
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as DHL or FedEx, depending on your location. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days.
P.O. Box and Military Addresses
At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please ensure that a valid physical address is provided when placing your order.
Customs Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes once the package arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
For certain countries, shipments may be declared as “Synthetic Hair” with a lower declared value to help reduce potential customs charges where possible.
Customs authorities may request additional information such as SSN or EIN numbers for clearance. If this occurs, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Please do not reject or return the package directly through customs. Any fees or costs incurred due to refusal or forced return of the shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
U.S. Tariff Surcharge Notice
Due to ongoing industry challenges related to international trade tariffs, a $15 tariff surcharge will be applied to orders. This surcharge helps cover tariff-related costs and enables us to continue providing high-quality products and reliable service with minimal disruption.
Signature on Delivery
We strongly recommend selecting the “Sign for Delivery” option when receiving your parcel. While we ensure that shipments are sent to the correct address provided during checkout, Mila Luxe Hair cannot be held responsible for lost packages if you authorise the courier to leave the parcel unattended (such as at your doorstep, courtyard, or other locations).
Orders with Multiple Items
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and therefore may arrive on different days. When this occurs, each shipment will have its own tracking number, which will be sent to you via email.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you within 48–72 hours so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

After your order is placed, each item undergoes quality control inspection and preparation to ensure it meets our standards before shipment. Because different products require different preparation processes, processing times may vary depending on the item.
